Maxyield is a Portuguese Minority Investors Club registered since 2022 with the CMVM as an Investor Protection Association. Since its inception, Maxyield has combined the roles of a club of minority shareholders and an institutional representative body which enables it to engage with regulators, issuers and other market stakeholders on key issues affecting retail investors. The association emphasises productive use of household savings through capital market investment, encourages responsible long-term participation in securities markets, and serves as a platform for members to share analysis and experience. Maxyield also engages in market advocacy and investor representation and participates in discussions that influence regulatory and governance standards for listed companies. Maxyield is an associate member of BETTER FINANCE.
