A.D.A.M. is a minority shareholders association established in 1991 to defend the collective interests of investors. It represents around 5,000 members, including individual and large investors. The organisation is chaired by Colette Neuville. Since its inception in 1991, A.D.A.M has played a key role in defending minority shareholder by securing significant compensation. It has also worked in improving takeover terms in major corporate cases such as Tuffier, Havas, Vivendi, Schneider-Legrand, Renault-Nissan, and EADS, including exposing misleading information that harmed investors. A.D.A.M. is a full member of BETTER FINANCE.
