BETTER FINANCE, in collaboration with its Spanish member organisation AEMEC, is organising the upcoming International Investors’ Conference: Empowering Minority Shareholders and Advancing Individual Investor Rights.

The conference will bring together policymakers, legal experts, financial authorities, and representatives from leading companies to address two critical themes for European investors:

1. Enhancing minority shareholders’ empowerment
2. Advancing collective redress mechanisms.

Through this conference, BETTER FINANCE & AEMEC aim to develop a platform for fostering dialogue, sharing best practices, and strengthening investor rights in Europe.

The conference will follow the EuroShareholders Award, which will honour the top three IBEX-35 companies with the most shareholder-friendly practices.
