BETTER FINANCE, in collaboration with its member organisation AEMEC, will bring together some of the most influential voices in EU financial markets, investor protection, and regulatory policy to discuss shareholders’ rights in European financial markets to address two critical themes for European investors:

1. Enhancing minority shareholders’ empowerment
2. Advancing collective redress mechanisms.

Through this conference, BETTER FINANCE & AEMEC aim to develop a platform for fostering dialogue, sharing best practices, and strengthening investor rights in Europe.

The conference will follow the EuroShareholders Award, which will honour the top three IBEX-35 companies with the most shareholder-friendly practices.
