Following the recommendations laid down in the Maystadt report, the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG) is currently undergoing a governance reform. In this light, the European Commission is organising a selection procedure to appoint the President of the EFRAG Board.

The President will act as chairperson of the Board and of the General Assembly and will be the public spokesperson of the Association.

The new Board, to be appointed in October’s EFRAG General Assembly, will be responsible for all EFRAG positions, having considered the technical advice provided by the EFRAG Technical Expert Group and reflecting the results of EFRAG’s due process.

The deadline to submit applications is September 15.
